So not a whole hell of a lot has been posted recently about this book but I wanted to take a few moments and give some feedback. I initially played here last April and decided to give a reload this month and see how things go.

First. Bonuses are great, often times you can get 50% or more in the form of a cash bonus. Unfortunately the rollover is rather high. Currently I am on a 14x rollover for a 60% bonus.

I really really want to love your book but here is a list of things that I wish you guys would stop doing.

1. I don't need an e-mail telling me what event is going to tip off tonight. These get really old and are not even read, they just clutter my mailbox. Also... when they are sent from numerous different e-mails "Dave Mason" "JR Maxwell" just the two this week it is very hard for me to filter.

2. Please be specific regarding certain bonus T&C's. The better bonus guarantee for example... if I had known...

So earlier in the month I attempted to make a deposit to Betonline and unfortunately the representative did not follow my instructions properly. I sent a MG online and had to use a different senders name as mine is blacklisted due to sending too many transactions over the years. I told him the senders name before I sent and after I sent and even clarified in live chat 2 times. Well unfortunately the representative put the senders name as my name... I had to call MG and wait about 25-30 mins and it was a huge ordeal...

So about 2 months ago I decided to try Carbon Poker which is on the merge network and they have several skins obviously sportsbook.com family of books use the software as their poker room but I stick to Carbon seeing as they are probably one of the top skins. Anyways... after playing at tilt and stars even absolute I cannot understand why more people don't give this network a go.

I used it once in early August and thought I would list my own pro's and con's as a first time user.

Pro's: Feels like a netteller like solution, Instant funding to 5dimes (book I tried it with), Everything is automated regarding deposit's. IE: You never even have to livechat to get a WU/MG name.

Con's: No deposit fees are covered, Still cannot find a full list of all books offering GP as deposit/withdrawl, Things seem a little too small at times as in it sometimes feels this service is only run by a small number of...
